Filename is not always the real filename

Reported by Luke Le | July 16th, 2013 @ 08:59 PM

In some occasions, the filename reported by gpg might be something
that doesn't make much sense, simply a number or something similar.

This can be seen if a file is encrypted via GPGServices.

In such a case, Libmacgpg should check if the file is binary, type 62 is reported,
and if so, only accept the filename if it has an extension.
