Integrate pinentry directly into libmacgpg

A bunch of people have been having problem, due to pinentry
missing on their system.
Of course an error message should be shown, but even better would
be distributing
pinentry directly with Libmacgpg.
Libmacgpg should be installed as system wide or at least user
framework, so it works with
other gpg libraries from repositories like macports, homebrew, fink
or self-compile as well.
I don't think it would make the package much larger and could
still fall back to the
already installed version of pinentry if one exists.
