Libmacgpg / GPGPacket: show error msg when import fails due to corrupt key

if a user is trying to import an invalid or corrupt key in GPG Keychain Access, currently there's no info, the key simply does not get imported.
Libmacgpg should forward an error msg like "This is not a valid key." or "Sorry, can't import this. Your key is corrupt." to GPG Keychain Access.
