Ignore option --allow-loopback-pinentry

If this option is set in the users gpg-agent.conf, GnuPG will
run in a sort of batch mode and will fail to interact with our
pinentry as expected.
Libmacgpg should override this setting and always pass
no-allow-loopback-pinentry (if such option exists)
