Force pinentry-program to be pinentry-mac

On some occasions users are experiencing strange issues not
receiving a passphrase request and similar, if they are using a
custom pinentry program.
Libmacgpg should make sure to force the use of our pinentry-mac
version if it is installed at the standard location
/usr/local/MacGPG2/libexec/pinentry-mac.app/Contents/MacOS/pinentry-mac
