custom key servers not added to list

Tested on macOS 10.14b11 + 10.13.6
GPG Suite 2287n
Affects both GPG Keychain + System Preferences > GPG Suite Preferences
Reproduce
- open GPG Keychain > Preferences > Key Server
- paste hkp://keys.gnupg.net
into key server field + enter to confirm
- if key server is accessible it is the default server then
Currently
But the key server is not listed in the dropdown list.
Expected
Key server address should be added to the key server list.
