When key is about to expire, show Key Extend dialog allowing easy key extension for 2 years

Tools checking for expiring keys: GPGMail, GPG Keychain, System Preferences > GPG Suite
Key extension dialog
- key expired → extend key dialog
- key + subkey expired → extend key dialog
- subkey expired → extend subkey dialog
Timings
- show first info dialog 4 weeks prior to key expiry
- key extension for 2 years
- Warning shows 20 minutes after opening any of the three apsp for keys expiring in the next 4 weeks
- Warning shows immediately if key expires in next 7 days
Upload key
Follow up by upload key dialog with the usual logic (pub key exists on server → default upload, pub key not on server → default no upload)
