
use hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net when no default is set

In case for whatever reasons there is no key server set, libmacgpg should use hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net and write it to the config.

keyserver option is stored in dirmgr.conf.
Use hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net as the default keyserver.

Also repair the config, if only keys are fetched.

removed dirmngr.conf file
gpg.conf did not have any key server infoWhen searching for a key that was not a problem and dirmngr.conf was created with
keyserver hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net
