Due to a change in Libmacgpg, custom GnuPG installations are preferred over MacGPG's GnuPG

As can be seen in the following commit, the search order has
been changed and a binary with the name "gpg" is now preferred to
one with the name "gpg2" (This is possibly related to a name change
in GnuPG > 2.0.X):

In addition, it begs the question why /usr/local/bin is preferred over /usr/local/MacGPG2/bin in https://github.com/GPGTools/Libmacgpg/blob/dev/Source/GPGTaskHelper...
We might want to adjust that as well.
