better error message for pinentry timeout (gpg: problem with the agent: Timeout)

GPGMail 661 has suggestions how to solve this.

TODO: is this reproducible by letting pinentry timeout? Write down exact steps.

Setting to fixed. We have no reports about this recently and I am unable to trigger this via a pinentry timeout.
If this re-surfaces we will re-open and inspect closer what is causing this.
