
GPG crashes are not detected by Libmacgpg

In case that GPG crashes for some reason, the termination status will be 0, and thus Libmacgpg believes that no actual error occurred. To fix this, WIFSIGNALED has to be checked, and if it's true, termination status has to be != 0
