GPGServices Does not request pass phrase to decrypt

I have a text file on my computer with personal information. I want my pass phrase to be requested each time the file is decrypted. My plan is to leave the file encrypted at all times and then decrypt it when I need some information from it, then to immediately encrypt it again.
Since a pass phrase is not being requested each time the decryption happens, any yahoo who gets a hold of my computer could theoretically decrypt the file with just a few mouse (or key) strokes.
