Hard to say:
- Encrypt/Decrypt/Sign text: analog to "OpenPGP: insert key"
- Encrypt/Decrypt/Sign files: is it possible to add a service menu to the Finder w/o selecting a file?

I don't think this belongs to the Service menu. A more logical position
would be a menu bar icon, but do we really need/want this?
I think 95% of all cases are handled with "Decrypt" and "Decrypt and show".-- Sent from my mobile

Unsure how useful this is and it could be highly confusing.
Setting to wontfix. Let's focus on improving the existing functionality. Also in eight years we have not received a single feature request for this.
