Provide more feedback when operation fails

When decrypting a file and a user does not have the secret key, only "Decryption failed" is show. Same holds true if you want to sign a file and the secret key requires for example IDEA (see mailing list).

Reported errors are described with a GPG error code, which is an improvement.
A future project would be to offer troubleshooting help to the user based on the code.
