I think we should add a button to open a website with help how to setup everything (Private Key) and how to use GPGService. The user will be able to click a "help" button in the error message and GPGService will open a browser with the tutorial.

Great idea. Roman added a weblink for GKA. We had an open ticket complainig that there was no help for GKA. Now if you click help from within GKA you are brought to the GKA wiki page.
Imo a nice solution. Concerning key-creation it might be the appropriate place to link to concerning the mentioned error message.
