Consistency: signing multiple files vs. encrypting multiple file

While the former creates different files the latter encrypts a zip archive. I propose to create zip archives for directories only.

Sign: fine as is
Encrypt
- encrypt on a file by file basis
- create zip for directories
A zip file can be created easily in macOS finder prior to encrypt / signing.
