add option to search key server for email address or fingerprint via GPG Services

Brought up as feature request via https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/discussions/feedback/17346
Allow users to mark an email address and via GPG Services right-click option to trigger a GPG Keychain search for a public key. This is quite useful and should be feasible.
