Follow up to GPG Services #266 Finetune GPG Services Dialogs and add color codes to verification results

Currently

Do Not Disturb (DND) does not alter the behavior for verification notifications / dialogs which are shown. Meaning if a key is trusted and the verification result is ok and user uses notifications, the verification result can easily be missed since there is no indication that the verification has taken place. Clicking on notification center will then show the notification.

Expected

Once DND is active, any verification results should show as dialog to ensure users see the verification result.
