if permissions are missing or not yet set, take user to the correct system preference
Reported by steve | August 28th, 2020 @ 05:01 PM
Currently
We have received a few user reports of user who have recently updated to macOS Catalina 10.15. They run into trouble when they try to use GPG Services to decrypt encrypted email messages.
Expected
GPG Service should inform the user about the missing permissions
and offer to take them to the corresponding System Preference which
is System Preferences > Security > Privacy > Full
Disk Access
or Files and Folders
as an
alternative.
