Finetune GPG Services Dialogs and add color codes to verification results

Three verification states
- Trusted Signature: valid signature, signed key, green
checkmark
- Untrusted Signature: valid signature, unsigned key, yellow
checkmark
- Invalid Signature: invalid signature, red x
Only show notification for trusted keys
Relevant Locations to implement
- GPG Services: Info Dialoges
- GPG Mail: Message Header, see GPG Mail #1122
- GPG Mail: Verification detail dialog (currently: trusted = green, untrusted = red), see GPG Mail #1122
SF Symbols Icons usable on macOS 11+.
Solution: Custom built icons for GPG Services so no OS restriction
applies.
