add signature creation data to verification info dialog (if one is set for the signature)

Expected
GPG Mail has much more info. We should make the dialogs identical ideally:
- add Signature Created: DATE at TIME
- Key Fingerprint:
- Key Created:
- Key Expires:
- Subkey Fingerprint:
- Subkey Created:
- Subkey Expires:
This needs to be discussed first. But unifying the information in the signature verification dialogs make sense.
