add "Show in Finder" option to dialog

for notifications that have the "Show in Finder" option, we should add that option to the dialog as well.
For one, it is odd if the option is there, users opt to show details and then the option is gone.
And in cases (DND) where no notification is shown and GPG Services falls back to the dialog it would make it easier for users to get to the desired file.
