when no sec key is found and default key is empty, offer users a button to create their first key

This concerns the case where no sec key is found on the users computer. Default Key section in settings shows:
Below is a minor string improvement, but actually it would be
even better, if we could display a button, that actually opens GPG
Keychain > New key dialog.
"No key found! Create a new key."
Currently
"No key found. Please create your first key with GPG Keychain."
Expected
"No key found! Open GPG Keychain to create a new key."
Double check: the current message is cut off. The new msg is a bit shorted and it may fit. If it does not, we need to reconsider how to solve this.
