Error Decryption Failed: Decryption Failed

Cannot decrypt a file that was sent to me using my public key, was able to do so yesterday. I accidentally updated Kleopatra and it seems to be the cause but I can't figure out how to fix the issue. This is on Windows 7

GPG Suite runs on macOS, the mac operating system, only. The fact that we are very busy maintaining GPGTools as is with the small team size we currently have, expanding to other platforms is out of scope at the moment.
