GPGServices doesn't show a warning if user tries to encrypt files > 100MB

GPG Suite 2168n

Currently

GPGServices doesn't open when trying to encrypt file with size > 100MB.
190MB cannot be encrypted.

Expected

Warning about encrypting large files is shown and file can be encrypted.

This feels like something is off with the way the warning is triggered / shown. And then GPGServices gets stuck and does not load at all.
