Make validity bubbles in GPGServices and GPG Keychain consistent.

GPG Keychain should use more differentiated validity visualization see #314
once GPG Keychain is working as expected GPGServices should use the identical system to visualize validity (currently it has three bubbles which show something different than the 4 bubbles currently used in GPG Keychain).
