hidden setting to adjust file suffix from .gpg to .pgp

A few users have contacted us with the wish to change the file extension from .gpg to .pgp.
While so far we do not know, what software on the other end is requiring .pgp as file extension, we could offer this as a hidden setting.
Creating this bug to keep track of requests for this.

no further requests. 2 users had requested this, but till today neither shared with us, which exact software is requiring the pgp suffix.
