No decryptable text was found within the selection

I keep getting this msg "No decryptable text was found within the selection" when trying to OpenPGP: Decrypt feature on os x. I have used pgp before and has been working fine. Just recently has been giving this error and the sender assures me they are using my key and using it correctly.
Any help?
