Reproduce
- download attached pub key
- open .asc file with TextEdit
Currently
- see attached screenshot of very long message (which goes off screen on a 27" monitor)
Expected
- either the usual info message for a successful import or an error message which does not go offscreen
When selecting the .asc file and right click Services >
OpenPGP: Import key from file shows correct results:
Import finished
Imported 'CCB95FB2.asc'

This user reports that verification results go off screen: "Signature can not be verified, because the corresponding public key is missing.
(0123456 etc. keydat). I want to copy/paste the key but the notification goes offscreen." -
