no error messages shown (only the error code, but works in Growl)

On 10.9 with growl enabled the correct error message for Code
153 (signed with a key that has expired) is shown, so please
disable Growl (if enabled). On 10.10 where I'm not using Growl I
instantly ran into this problem.
Persisting on 10.11.
Reproduce
- open https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/39.0/
- download SHA512SUMS.asc and SHA512SUMS
- import key from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/39.0/KEY
Verify the downloaded files with GPGServices.
Currently
Verification FAILED: 153 (see screenshot)
Expected
Full error message should be shown (in this case, that the key used to sign the file has expired).
This is a general problem for all error messages. (removing key, disabling auto key-retrieve and verifying again gives "Verification FAILED: 9", error code for no public key and again - no error message). Since this has been implemented for Growl, we should also offer this functionality for GPGServices without Growl enabled.
