Better error message when encryption / signing failed

Currently GPGServices shows an error message:
Encrypt/sign failed!
Encrypt/sign failed!
Code = 0
Expected
If possible, we should show much more detail on why the encryption or signing failed. Also if we can differentiate between signing and encryption, we should do so.
As is, this message isn't really helpful or informative.
