Reproduce

open public key in TextEdit
mark all
right-click > GPGServices: Decrypt

Currently

see screenshot: Decrypt failed! Code = 0"

Expected

In case of a public key, it would be nice to implement a check for that and then inform the user, that they are trying to decrypt a public key.

A public key has been detected in the selected content.
