OK button becomes inactive when only encrypting to public keys without encrypting to own key

Reported by steve | January 16th, 2015 @ 10:54 PM | in 1.10b5 (closed)

Reproduce:

  • make sure not a single key is pre-selected when opening GPGServices, if a key is still selected, deselect all and encrypt to your own key (in that case click ok to finish encryption and encrypt another file to start GPGServices without any pre-selected keys
  • deselect the "Add to Recipients" field (now 0 keys from the list are selected and also neither sign nor add to recipients is selected for your own key

Currently & Exptected: OK button is inactive. There is no action to be done, thus the user can not click OK. Now comes the interesting part:

  • select any amount of public keys from the key list

Currently: the OK button stays greyed out and inactive

Expected: it should be activated again, as soon as any public key to encrypt to is selected.

If "Add to recipients" is selected, the OK button becomes active again.

This is reproducible for me 100% of tries on OSX 10.10.1 and a user reported this problem on 10.9 so it seems to be an overall GPGServices issue independent of OS X version.
