When selecting "encrypt selection to new window", the text can't be decrypted in the new window

While this is probably not something our users would do, it's
still curious that it doesn't work.
To reproduce:
1.) Select some read-only text on a website (read only = text
not in a editable textarea field)
2.) Right-click and select "Encrypt selection to new Window"
3.) Select the encrypted text in the new window
4.) Right-click and find that the option to Decrypt the selection
is missing
