improve Sign / Add to recipients section in main window

- scratch "Secret Key:"
- put checkboxes on top and dropdown keyselection field below
- rename "Sign" to "Sign with sec key"
- rename "Add to Recipients" to "Add pub key to recipients"
- see if putting a frame around these three items makes it more obvious they are connected and belong together
screenshot of current layout attached.
slightly offtopic, but while we're at it: check if aligning Version and Build info to the right buttom corner looks a little better.
