GPGServices doesn't correctly save the filename in the encrypted file

When encrypting a file with GPGServices for some reason the filename is lost.

- Milestone set to “1.10b1”
Verify steps:
- Encrypt Test_File.jpg
- Decrypt renamed encrypted file (98654684.gpg)
Expected: decrypted file should decrypt as Test_File.jpg
- Test_File 2.jpg after decryption (since original file still existed in target folder)
