When encrypting public key does not appear

I have imported a public key recently to my keychain. When I look in GPG keychain access the public key I have imported is listed along with all of the other keys I have. But when I attempt to encrypt any text, after the encryption menu appears, the recently imported public key is not listed. All of the other keys are there except the one I need to encrypt to. I am running Mac OSX 10.7.5

This here is our ticket system where we manage the bugs once we've found and isolated them.Just repost your problem and we'll have a look. And please also include version numbers of the softwares you using (both GPG Keychain Access and GPGServices).
