GPG Passphrase Encryption Generation

I need to create a GPG passphrase. I want create my on phrase to
encrypt the file. It only needs to be private.
I need a answer asap. For I need t send the encryption passphrase
to an associate today.
1. site to create the GPG passsphrase
2. stie allows me to generate encrypted passphase
3. storage place to decrypte passphase
