Choose Recipients menu not allowing sorting of entries?

I just started playing around with GPGServices. As I tried to encrypt a folder, the Choose Recipients pop-up does not allow sorting of entries, which makes it very unfriendly to use. No matter which row I click it doesn't sort anything. I don't see any order at all.
Is this expected? Could it be tweaked? Or is it a user-error? :P
