Currently

When decryption fails due to missing secret key there are two variants of the key info displayed:
1 public key present in GPG Keychain (error message uses full fingerprint)
2 public key absent in GPG Keychain (error message uses 16-digit long ID)

Expected

Error message should always show fingerprint.
