GPG Services does remember the last selected keys by popular request. After it did not show the correct number of selected keys in late 2021 which got fixed in https://gpgtools.lighthouseapp.com/projects/67607-gpgservices/ticke... the remaining issue is, that selected keys are no longer shown at the top of the key list.

Currently

Selected keys are no longer moved to the top of the key list.

Expected

Selected keys should always be shown at the top of the key list.
