forward key information to GPG Keychain to import and show import results instead of doing the import and showing results in GPG Services

Import results show via GPG Services.

Shows CLI import results (see screenshot)
OpenPGP: Import Key from File
Shows Notification
Expected
To unify and simplify workflows, key info should be forwarded to GPG Keychain and import done there. Import result then should be shown in GPG Keychain.
