Menu item to inspect pgp messages

Add a menu item which allows to inspect a pgp message – like gpg2 --list-packets.
Edit (steve): used to learn with which public keys a message is encrypted with and show as much detail about a certain message as possible.

wontfix. this is not relevant for users and for debugging purposes we fallback to the CLI.
