Signing files broken in Version: 1.9.1 (ec6d12d) Build: 571n

Repro steps:
- use nightly version of GPG Suite
- right-click on any file
- select Services > OpenPGP: Sign file
- only the process windows but no GPGServices windows shows
User is stuck with progress windows, no chance of getting rid of that.
