It should be possible to disable Sparkle for GPGServices
Reported by Luke Le | July 17th, 2013 @ 02:59 PM
Some users might not want our tools to phone home.
In that case it should be possible to deactivate phoning home for
all of our tools,
even if it's only using a documented "defaults" command.

- State changed from new to invalid
We do allow to set the sparkle check to "Never" in GPGPreferences. So if the user installed the GPG Suite just head over to GPGPreferences, set GPGServices to "Never" and be done. No more "phoning home" - not sure if that is good terminology for an update check, tough.
Setting to INVALID, please re-open if I missed something.
