Show File Dialog if no signed file is found to a signature file

At the moment if the signed file is not in the same folder as the signature file,
GPGServices completes with a mysterious message like no signatures found, which is
misleading.

In the case that the two files are not in the same place it should prompt the user
to select the file in a Finder dialog.
