Text Fields in "Send Report" are not scrollable (They should be)

Stable #58670. At the moment the "Description", "Expected",
"Additional Information" fields in GPG Suite Preferences "Send
Report" tab are not scrollable.
This is especially problematic if the text is very long and can't
be properly edited, since after a certain point the user doesn't
see what they wrote.
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Open GPG Suite in System Preferences
2.) Select the "Send Report" tab
3.) Enter a really really long text
4.) See that the text can't be edited after a certain point.

Single line fields should be single line.
