improve wording for auto-retrieve keys to Automatically download public keys

Auto-retrieve keys → Automatically download public
keys
This option searches the key servers for a public key, in case no
public key is found on your system to verify a certain signature.
→ When enabled, public keys necessary to verify a signature
are automatically downloaded from a key server if available.
