use different tender categories for beta and stable release

Tender has nice categories. Depending on wether the user is running a stable or a beta GPG Suite, the category used to send reports / feedback to should differ
- Problems (stable)
- Beta-Feedback (beta)
- Nightly-Feedback (nightly)
Proposal is, to have GPGPreferences check wether it is a beta, nightly or a stable release and then use the according send-to email address for tender.
