Allow for setting a preferred key per email address

Currently it's only possible to configure one preferred key.
For advanced users it might make sense to allow configuring a
preferred key for each email address configured in Mail.app
Or simpler, GPGMail could automatically remember which key was last
used for an account, and re-set that one.
